My Makeup Journey

Welcome to my makeup journey—a story of transformation, creativity, and faith. Becoming an ambassador for Revival Glam and a beauty guide for LimeLife has been an incredible opportunity to embrace my passion for makeup while helping others discover their God-given beauty.


How It All Began

Back in 2014, my love for makeup started as a creative outlet. I began experimenting with colors and styles during Facebook  and Instagram Live sessions, falling in love with the artistic process of enhancing natural beauty. However, as a woman of God, I’ve learned the importance of keeping my priorities in order and never placing anything above God.

In 2016, I found myself consumed by vanity, placing makeup and social media above God, my family, and my home. One day, as I was reading a book, I felt a deep conviction that I had strayed from my path. I cried out to God, asking Him to reveal if makeup wasn’t for me. He answered me, showing me that some of the brands I used were tied to occult practices that didn’t align with my faith. In obedience, I threw away about two-thirds of my collection.


A New Beginning

Fast forward to 2018, my walk with the Lord had grown, and the spirit of vanity that once controlled me was broken. I cautiously returned to doing makeup, this time with a heart aligned to glorify God. I also became mindful of the products I used, ensuring they aligned with my faith.

 

 

By 2020, I became an ambassador for a friend’s makeup brand. However, due to time constraints and giving birth, I stepped away a year later. Although I took a break, I missed the joy makeup brought me. During prayer, I asked the Lord if makeup was part of His plan for me, and He led me to Revival Glam—a brand that honors Him through beauty!

Becoming an ambassador for Revival Glam has been a blessing. Their  beauty products not only align with my faith but also emphasize enhancing natural beauty without compromise. Revival Glam’s mission resonates deeply with me, allowing me to share products I trust while encouraging others to celebrate the beauty God gave them.

Beauty with Purpose

To me, makeup isn’t just about application—it’s about celebrating and honoring the unique masterpiece God created in each of us. Psalm 139:14 reminds us, "I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well." This verse continues to inspire me to glorify God in everything I do that true beauty begins from within and inspires my approach to makeup and 



My Role as an Ambassador

As a Revival Glam ambassador, I’m passionate about:

  • Sharing products that align with my values and faith.
  • Helping women feel confident, radiant, and empowered.
  • Encouraging makeup as a form of creative self-expression that reflects inner beauty.
